Right of withdrawal

Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

Before any return, please contact us via the contact form or by email at victordetroux2@gmail.com, including your order number. After notification, the product must be returned within the legal timeframe to:

Condition of the item

You may try on the item as you would in a store. It must be returned undamaged and, whenever possible, with its original tags. Original packaging is not mandatory. A reduction in value may be taken into account if handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

Return shipping costs

For a change of mind covered by the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

If the item received is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the one ordered, please contact us before sending it back: I FEEL LIKE will cover the necessary return costs and apply the corresponding legal warranties.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amounts due will be refunded within the legal timeframe. The refund may be deferred until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment of the return is received, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no additional cost.
