Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products offered on the I FEEL LIKE store to consumers. Mandatory rights applicable to the consumer in their country of residence are not affected by these terms.

3. Products

I FEEL LIKE markets, in particular, graphic clothing made to order. The essential characteristics, sizes, prices, and visuals are presented on each product page. Slight color differences may exist depending on screens and manufacturing processes.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and correspond to the price charged to the customer, excluding any delivery costs, customs duties, or import taxes indicated or applicable according to the destination. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order

The customer can check the details of their basket and correct any errors before finally confirming the order and their payment obligation. A confirmation is then sent electronically.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled upon simple request. This rule does not affect the legal rights of the consumer, in particular the right of withdrawal when it applies, nor the rights related to delivery or product conformity.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the solutions offered during checkout. Payment data is processed by payment providers and the Shopify platform according to their own security measures.

7. Manufacturing and availability

Products may be manufactured on demand via Gelato. In case of impossibility to produce or provide an ordered item, the customer is informed and the corresponding sums are refunded in accordance with the law.

8. Delivery

I FEEL LIKE delivers in France and to European countries offered at the time of payment. Estimated costs and times are communicated during the order and depend in particular on the destination, the product, Gelato production, and the carrier. Consult the Delivery page for more information.

For certain European destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required when they are not already included at the time of payment.

9. Right of withdrawal

Where provided by law, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform I FEEL LIKE of their decision to withdraw, without having to justify their decision.

The request can be sent via the contact form, by e-mail to victordetroux2@gmail.com, or by using the standard form at the end of these General Terms and Conditions. After notification, the goods must be returned within the legal period to: V2x studio, 72 Place Maurice Bouchet, 84300 Cavaillon, France.

Direct return costs related to a withdrawal are borne by the customer. The product may be tried on as in a store, but the consumer may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Standard products made to order with designs offered by I FEEL LIKE are not considered personalized just because they are produced after the order. If genuine individual personalization is offered later, any legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal will be specified before purchase.

10. Returns and condition of items

Before any return, the customer must contact I FEEL LIKE to receive the procedure. To facilitate processing, the item must be returned undamaged, only tried on, and, as far as possible, with its original tags. Original packaging is not mandatory.

In the event of a defective item, an item damaged upon delivery, or an item different from the one ordered, I FEEL LIKE covers the necessary return costs and applies the corresponding legal guarantees.

11. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, I FEEL LIKE refunds the sums due, including the standard delivery costs initially paid when they must legally be refunded, no later than the legal deadline from notification of withdrawal. The refund may be deferred until the goods are recovered or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made by the same payment method used during the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer for another method at no extra cost.

I FEEL LIKE does not offer direct exchanges: after refunding an accepted return, the customer may place a new order.

12. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. The legal guarantee of conformity can be invoked under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code for a defect existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

13. Liability

No clause in these General Terms and Conditions limits the rights or liabilities that cannot be legally excluded. I FEEL LIKE is not responsible for consequences resulting from erroneous information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect delivery address, subject to the legal obligations of the seller.

14. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

15. Intellectual property

Content specific to I FEEL LIKE is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Its unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

16. Complaints and disputes

In case of difficulty, the customer is invited to first contact I FEEL LIKE at victordetroux2@gmail.com in order to seek an amicable solution. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections they benefit from under applicable law. Competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.

17. Standard withdrawal form

To be completed and sent only if you wish to withdraw from an order for which the right of withdrawal applies:
